At Ornate Life, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priority. While we do not offer refunds, we ensure peace of mind by providing free replacement of damaged or defective parts/products under the following conditions:


1. Eligibility for Replacement

Replacement is only applicable if the product is damaged during delivery, defective or has a manufacturing fault, or incomplete with missing parts or accessories.
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with pictures or videos as proof.


2. Process for Replacement

Share your order number along with clear pictures or videos of the issue.
Our support team will verify the claim and arrange a free replacement part or product.


3. Conditions

Products must be unused and in their original packaging at the time of reporting.
Only the damaged or defective part will be replaced, not the full product unless required.
Customized or clearance sale items are non-replaceable unless they arrive damaged.


4. No Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered on any orders.
In case of an issue, we provide a replacement solution only.


5. Delivery of Replacement

Replacement items or parts are shipped free of cost by Ornate Life.
Delivery time for replacement is usually 5–7 working days.
