Welcome to OrnateLife.pk. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. General
Ornate Life is an online store offering furniture and home essentials.
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information and accept our policies regarding payment, shipping, and returns.
2. Orders & Payments
All orders must be confirmed with correct details including name, contact number, and delivery address.
We may request an advance payment (e.g., Rs.500 or more) to confirm certain orders.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and advance bank/transfer payments.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are delivered across Pakistan through trusted courier services.
Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on location.
Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Products can only be returned or exchanged if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Custom or clearance sale items are non-returnable.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipping by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. Warranty & Responsibility
We ensure high-quality products, but minor variations in color or texture may occur due to screen or lighting differences.
Ornate Life is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
7. Privacy Policy
Customer information (name, phone, address) is collected only for order processing and delivery.
We do not share customer data with third parties except courier partners for delivery purposes.
